Terra.do – Climate Change: Learning for Action, is an innovative online learning platform designed to educate people and organizations about climate change so that they can take action to combat it. Built by climate professionals and educators, Terra.do aspires to close the gap between learning about climate change and applying what you have learned to create a positive impact in the world.
There are multiple programs available on the Terra.do website that cover a variety of subjects relating to climate change such as: 1) Climate Science 2) Renewable Energy 3) Sustainable businesses 4) Carbon management 5) Climate Policy 6) Environmental Leadership. Whereas traditional classes tend to focus on theory and the academic context, Terra.do focuses on hands-on applications, working under a mentor, and collaborating with other participants from around the world who are committed to making a difference related to climate change.
