I decided to register at MindCypress a couple of months ago as I needed not only to gain some skills in technology but also get experience which would be valued by potential employers. Initially, I took CEH v11 training program available online, and I must say that the simplicity and pragmatism of the lectures were impressive as there were no boring presentations on slides but the explanation of the materials was rather clear and straightforward. Labs and case studies helped me to understand difficult concepts. Moreover, any time I had some questions, the support team provided answers very quickly and advised me what to do next. In addition to useful lectures, I liked the career advice provided in the course. When I was preparing my resume, I asked myself whether it would be appropriate to include my retail experience as customer service experience. I had worked in a retail store for several years but did not know whether it was worth mentioning.
