The goal of AtmosTraders is to provide a platform for individuals who are interested in becoming traders by providing them with a way to develop and practice their trading skills under conditions that are completely independent of the actual equity markets. It offers an evaluation program consisting of two phases, where the user has to meet and adhere to performance goals as outlined by the evaluation program and is subjected to all of the same risks as that of any other trader.
AtmosTraders places a great deal of emphasis on developing the user's discipline and consistency; therefore, participants in the program do not use actual cash or money when evaluating trades or assessing their success rate. Using simulated accounts of various sizes enables the participant to develop and practice their market analysis, risk management and trading psychology.
In addition to providing performance certificates and attributing milestones upon completion of one or both evaluation phases, AtmosTraders also has an educational component that consists of both an online training course and on-site training program for the participant to follow during the evaluation process. The overall objective of AtmosTraders is to offer both novice and experienced traders the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the financial markets through structured learning, real-world simulations and by providing practical exercises in actual trading situations.

Yes. Even as a beginner I found the process of going through the structured evaluation to be very valuable for learning the basics of trading step-by-step. The simulated trading and training resources made me feel much more comfortable learning to do market analysis and manage my risk.
